Material Construction
The cylindrical bins and the rotating top lids are fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. The cradle frame is fabricated from steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating in a contrasting dark color. Color is specified per project for the frame, with any RAL code matched on order.
Rotating Lid Mechanism
Each cylinder is fitted with a top lid mounted on a pivot axis spanning the opening. The lid rotates fully through 360 degrees, allowing waste to be deposited from either direction and returning to the resting position after release. Lids are produced in matching 304 stainless steel.
Cradle Frame and Construction Specifications
A continuous cradle frame supports the cylindrical bins along their base and lower sides. The frame consists of horizontal rails connected by vertical members between cylinders, holding each bin securely in position. All structural joints on both the bins and the frame are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
