Material Construction
The standard outer housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel with galvanized steel inner liner buckets. As an alternate, the housing can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project.
Square Top Openings and Color-Coded Frames
Each compartment carries a square top opening fitted with a colored frame insert. Frame colors are configured per project according to the waste categories in use, with any RAL code matched on order. The front face is fitted with full-height color-coded graphic panels carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual label, matching the frame color of the corresponding compartment.
Construction Specifications
All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Mobility wheels are available for any configuration, and dimensions outside the standard table can be produced when project drawings are supplied. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
