Material Construction
The standard housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. As an alternate, the housing can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project.
Pedestal Base and Top Configuration
The unit is mounted on a continuous base frame that raises the main body above the floor surface. The base is finished in a contrasting color, typically darker than the housing, to visually separate the storage volume from the support structure. The upper cap is slightly sloped, with one slot opening per compartment positioned across the top surface.
Construction Specifications
All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The front face is fitted with full-height color-coded graphic panels carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual label. Panel sets and label languages are configured per project on request. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
