The body is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel with galvanized steel inner buckets, featuring radius-edge geometry and color-coded ring inserts around each top opening for visual waste-stream identification.
The SRB-105B is a freestanding curved-edge recycling unit with one circular top opening per compartment. Each opening carries a colored ring insert keyed to its waste category, with category labels and pictograms applied to the front face. The SRB-105B is offered in four configurations: 2 compartments (68 cm width), 3 compartments (82 cm), 4 compartments (108 cm), and 5 compartments (134 cm). Depth and height remain fixed at 30 cm and 80 cm across all variants.
Material Construction
The outer housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel and the inner liner buckets from galvanized steel. Edges of the body are radius-formed rather than squared, producing curved corners along the cylindrical profile.
Color-Coded Top Openings and Labels
Each compartment carries a circular top opening fitted with a colored ring insert: blue, green, yellow, and additional colors are produced per project. The front face is finished with category pictograms and matching labels for paper, glass, plastic, and metal streams. Label sets and label languages are configured per project on request.
360° Rotation and Construction Specifications
The inner buckets rotate fully through 360 degrees during service. All structural joints on the outer housing are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Dimensions outside the standard table can be produced when project drawings are supplied. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
