Material Construction
The standard housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. As an alternate, the housing can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project. Color customization is available per bin, allowing each bin in the set to be assigned its own color to differentiate waste streams.
Funnel Top Configuration
Each bin is fitted with a funnel-shaped top cap that tapers inward to a round opening at the center. The funnel surface is finished in a color matched to the waste category, with standard colors including yellow, blue, green, and red, and additional RAL codes produced on order.
Construction Specifications
All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Each bin is produced as a continuous welded body and joined to adjacent bins as a single assembly. The front face is fitted with circular color-coded graphic labels carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual label. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
