The SRB-107 powder-coated recycling bin is produced in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-compartment configurations, all sharing a 33 cm depth and 82 cm height. Length scales with compartment count from 64 cm to 154 cm. The body is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating, paired with galvanized steel inner buckets. Each compartment carries an open-top circular opening sized for sorted waste streams.

The SRB-107 is a freestanding curved-edge recycling unit with one circular top opening per compartment. The inner buckets rotate fully through 360 degrees during service. The front face carries category labels and color-coded markings for paper, glass, plastic, and metal streams.

The SRB-107 is offered in four configurations: 2 compartments (64 cm length), 3 compartments (94 cm), 4 compartments (124 cm), and 5 compartments (154 cm). Depth and height remain fixed at 33 cm and 82 cm across all variants.

Material Construction

The outer housing is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. The inner liner buckets are produced from galvanized steel. Edges of the body are radius-formed rather than squared, producing curved corners along the cylindrical profile.

Surface Treatment and Color Customization

The DKP housing receives an electrostatic powder coating applied to the cleaned and pre-treated body. Color is specified per project; any standard RAL code can be matched.

Open-Top Access and 360° Inner Rotation

Each compartment carries a circular open-top opening sized for its assigned waste category. The inner liner buckets rotate fully through 360 degrees during service operations. The front face is finished with category pictograms and color-coded labels for paper, glass, plastic, and metal streams. Label sets and label languages are configured per project on request.
