The SRB-146 heavy-duty pedal recycling bin is produced in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-compartment configurations, all sharing a 35 cm depth and 75 cm height. Length scales with compartment count from 57 cm to 141 cm. Standard production uses AISI 304 stainless steel for the outer housing; DKP cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating is offered as an alternate construction. Galvanized steel inner buckets are available as an option. Each compartment is fitted with a heavy-duty industrial foot pedal and a silent-close lid. A medical-type configuration with biohazard labelling is offered for clinical waste streams.
The SRB-146 is a freestanding rectangular recycling unit with one foot pedal per compartment. The pedal mechanism is rated for industrial use cycles. Pressing the pedal raises the lid; releasing it lowers the lid through a damped silent-close mechanism. The front face carries full-height color-coded graphic panels, and a dedicated medical waste compartment can be specified within any configuration.

Material Construction
The standard outer housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. As an alternate, the housing can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project. Galvanized steel inner liner buckets are available as an option on either construction.
Heavy-Duty Pedal and Silent-Close Mechanism
Each compartment carries a dedicated foot pedal at the base, rated for industrial use cycles. The pedal raises the lid through a linkage when pressed, and the lid lowers through a damped silent-close mechanism on release. Lids are individually mounted per compartment.
Medical Waste Configuration
A medical-type compartment can be configured within any unit, identified through a biohazard symbol and warning labelling on the front face. The medical compartment uses the same pedal and silent-close lid mechanism as the standard waste compartments. Configuration mix and label sets are specified per project.
