Cylindrical Stainless Steel Recycling Bin Set

The SRB-113 cylindrical stainless steel recycling bin set is produced as 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-cylinder configurations, all sharing a 24 cm diameter and 75 cm height. Total length scales with the number of cylinders from 50 cm to 128 cm. Standard production uses AISI 304 stainless steel; DKP cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating is offered as an alternate construction. Each cylinder serves as a separate compartment for a single waste category.

The SRB-113 is a freestanding set of joined cylindrical bins with open tops. Each cylinder carries a circular graphic label on the front face indicating its waste category. Cylinders are produced and joined as a single welded set rather than as individual stand-alone units.

Cylinder Variants

The SRB-113 is offered in four configurations: 2 cylinders (50 cm total length), 3 cylinders (76 cm), 4 cylinders (102 cm), and 5 cylinders (128 cm). Diameter and height remain fixed at 24 cm and 75 cm across all variants.

Material Construction

The standard housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. As an alternate, the housing can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project.

Open-Top Access and Front Graphics

Each cylinder carries an open-top circular opening sized for its assigned waste category. The front face is finished with a circular color-coded graphic label carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual text. Label sets and label languages are configured per project on request.

Construction Specifications

Each cylinder is welded as a continuous body and joined to the adjacent cylinders to form a single-piece set. Weld seams are ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
