Material Construction
The outer housing, top cap, swing lids, and all structural elements are fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel. The front face panel is produced from first-class impregnated pine wood, treated for indoor and protected outdoor use. The inner liner buckets are produced from galvanized steel.
Stainless Steel Swing Lids
Each compartment is fitted with a 304 stainless steel swing lid mounted on a pivot axis spanning the opening. The lid swings to expose the opening during disposal and returns to the resting position when released. Lids share the same brushed finish as the main 304 housing.
Wood Panel and Construction Specifications
The front face is finished with a first-class impregnated pine wood panel fixed to the 304 stainless steel frame with visible mechanical fasteners. Category pictograms and bilingual labels are applied directly to the wood panel surface. All structural joints on the stainless steel housing are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
