Material Construction
The standard outer housing is fabricated from AISI 304 stainless steel with galvanized steel inner liner buckets. As an alternate, the body can be produced from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating in any RAL color specified per project. The rotating lids are fabricated from stainless steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating in colors matched to the waste streams.
Rotating Lid Mechanism
Each compartment is fitted with a rotating lid mounted on a pivot axis spanning the opening. The lid rotates fully through 360 degrees, allowing waste to be deposited from either direction and returning to the resting position after release. Lid colors are configured per project according to the waste categories in use.
Design Registration and Construction Specifications
The SRB-234 carries a registered design certification. All structural joints on the housing are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The front face is fitted with full-height color-coded graphic panels carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual label. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
