The frame provides stability and a visual base, while each cylinder is produced in a separate color matched to its waste category and finished with a circular graphic label on the front face.

Cylinder Variants

Material Construction

Both the cylindrical bins and the cradle frame are fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. Color is specified per project; each cylinder can be assigned its own RAL code to differentiate waste streams, while the frame is typically finished in a contrasting dark color.

Cradle Frame Configuration

A continuous cradle frame supports the cylindrical bins along their base and lower sides. The frame consists of horizontal rails connected by vertical members between cylinders, holding each bin securely in position. The frame is supplied as a single welded structure sized to the configuration order.

Construction Specifications

Each cylindrical bin is produced as a continuous welded body with an open top opening. All structural joints on both the bins and the frame are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
