Powder-Coated Recycling Bin with Removable Inner Bins

The SRB-183 powder-coated recycling bin is produced in 2-, 3-, and 4-section configurations, all sharing a 33 cm depth and 90 cm height. Length scales with section count from 65 cm to 119 cm. The unit is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating, with a registered design. The outer steel frame holds individual removable inner bins for each waste category, supporting the easy discharging system.

The SRB-183 is a freestanding rectangular recycling station consisting of an outer support frame and separate inner bins for each waste stream. The inner bins are color-coded and slide out individually for emptying, with category pictograms and labels applied to each bin’s front face. The outer frame is finished in a darker contrasting color to visually separate it from the inner units.

The SRB-183 is offered in three configurations: 2 sections (65 cm length), 3 sections (92 cm), and 4 sections (119 cm). Depth and height remain fixed at 33 cm and 90 cm across all variants.

Material Construction

Both the outer frame and the inner bins are fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. Color is specified per project; the frame and each inner bin can be assigned separate RAL codes, allowing the inner bins to be color-coded by waste stream.

Removable Inner Bins and Easy Discharging System

Each section of the outer frame houses a separate inner bin sized to slide out vertically. The bins lift out of the frame for emptying and cleaning without disassembling the structure. Pictogram and label sets are applied per bin and configured per project on request.

Design Registration and Construction Specifications

The SRB-183 carries a registered design certification. All structural joints on the frame are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
