Material Construction
The standard outer body is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. As an optional construction, the body can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel. The top caps are fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating in all variants. The inner liner buckets are produced from galvanized steel.
Top Cap and Front Panel Configuration
Each bin is fitted with a powder-coated top cap carrying a round disposal opening at its center. Standard cap colors include blue, green, and yellow, with additional RAL codes produced on order. The front face is fitted with a full-height color-coded graphic panel carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual label, matched to the cap color of the corresponding bin.
Construction Specifications
All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Each bin module is produced as an individual welded body and supplied as a matched set. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
