The SRB-174 powder-coated square recycling bin is produced in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bin configurations, with each bin sharing a 36 cm depth and 70 cm height. Total length scales with the number of bins from 25 cm to 100 cm. The body is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating. Each bin carries a color-coded top lid keyed to its waste category.

The SRB-174 is a freestanding rectangular recycling set with one swing-style top lid per bin. The body is finished in a neutral color, while the lids are produced in contrasting colors matched to the waste streams. The front face carries a category pictogram and bilingual label for each bin.

Bin Variants

The SRB-174 is offered in four configurations: 2 bins (25 cm total length), 3 bins (50 cm), 4 bins (75 cm), and 5 bins (100 cm). Depth and height remain fixed at 36 cm and 70 cm across all variants.

Material Construction

The outer body is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. Color is specified per project; any RAL code can be matched for both the body and the lids, with each bin in the set assignable to its own color.

Color-Coded Lid Configuration

Each bin is fitted with a top lid finished in a contrasting color to the body. Standard lid colors include blue, green, and yellow, with additional RAL codes produced on order. The front face carries a category pictogram and bilingual label matching the lid color of the corresponding bin.

Construction Specifications

All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. Mobility wheels are available for any configuration. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
