Material Construction
The standard outer housing is fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. The inner liner buckets are produced from galvanized steel. As an optional construction, the outer housing can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel. Color is specified per project; any standard RAL code can be matched for the outer housing.
Slot Openings and Color-Coded Rims
Each compartment carries a rectangular slot opening on the flat top surface, fitted with a colored rim insert keyed to its waste category. Rim colors are configured per project according to the waste streams in use. The front face is fitted with category pictograms and bilingual labels matching the rim colors of the corresponding compartments.
Construction Specifications
All structural joints are welded, with weld seams ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
