Powder-Coated Cylindrical Recycling Bin Set with Connecting Frame

The SRB-163 powder-coated cylindrical recycling bin set is produced in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-cylinder configurations, with each cylinder measuring Ø30 cm and 70 cm in height. Total length scales with the number of cylinders from 60 cm to 150 cm, with capacities from 126 to 315 liters. Standard production uses DKP cold-rolled steel finished with electrostatic powder coating; AISI 304 stainless steel is offered as an optional material. Each cylinder serves as a separate compartment for a single waste category and is joined to the adjacent cylinders by a connecting frame.

The SRB-163 is a freestanding set of joined cylindrical bins with open tops. Each cylinder is produced in a separate color and carries a circular graphic label on the front face indicating its waste category. Cylinders are produced individually and connected by a metal frame rather than fused into a single shell.

Cylinder Variants

The SRB-163 is offered in four configurations: 2 cylinders (60 cm total length, 126 liters), 3 cylinders (90 cm, 189 liters), 4 cylinders (120 cm, 252 liters), and 5 cylinders (150 cm, 315 liters). Diameter and height remain fixed at 30 cm and 70 cm per cylinder across all variants.

Material Construction

The standard cylinders are fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating. As an optional construction, the cylinders can be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel. Color is specified per project per cylinder; any standard RAL code can be matched, and each cylinder in the set can be assigned its own color to differentiate waste streams.

Open-Top Access and Front Graphics

Each cylinder carries an open-top circular opening sized for its assigned waste category. The front face is finished with a circular color-coded graphic label carrying the waste category pictogram and bilingual text. Label sets and label languages are configured per project on request.

Connecting Frame and Construction Specifications

Each cylinder is produced as a continuous welded body. Adjacent cylinders are joined to one another through a connecting metal frame, allowing the set to be supplied as a single assembly while preserving the individual cylindrical geometry. Weld seams are ground smooth and edges deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
