SWB-107a PVD Coated Indoor Waste Bin – Technical Specifications and Finish Options
The SWB-107a is produced on a 304-grade stainless steel base with a PVD surface coating. The PVD process delivers a scratch and abrasion resistant finish over the underlying corrosion-resistant substrate. All welded joints are TIG processed and edges are finished smooth.
AISI 304 Stainless Steel Base
The body is fabricated from AISI 304 grade stainless steel. The stainless substrate maintains corrosion and moisture resistance beneath the PVD coating over the service life of the unit.
PVD Surface Coating
The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is applied to the stainless steel body. The PVD layer is resistant to scratching and abrasion. Colour options include gold (standard), silver, bronze, black and custom finishes specified per project order.
Cylindrical Body
The cylindrical body form allows the unit to be positioned against walls or freestanding in open areas without dead space on the exterior surface.
Removable Inner Liner
The internal liner is fully removable. Bag replacement and interior cleaning are handled through the top opening.
TIG Welded Seams
All welded joints are processed with TIG welding and mechanically finished. Edges are ground smooth to eliminate sharp contact points.
