SLB-103 Lobby Waste Bin – Technical Specifications and Construction
The SLB-103 is manufactured in three volume configurations to allow consistent visual selection across different areas of the same project. The round profile is finished with a brushed stainless steel texture. All welded seams are TIG processed and edges are ground smooth.
AISI 304 Stainless Steel Body
The body is fabricated from AISI 304 grade stainless steel. No paint or coating is applied. The natural brushed stainless steel finish is retained across all standard production units.
Round Profile Body
The round profile eliminates external corners. Cleaning and maintenance routines can be carried out without dead-space accumulation on the outer surface.
Inner Liner System
The internal liner system allows liner replacement to be performed from the top of the unit. No lower access panel is required for bag change or interior cleaning.
Three Volume Options
The SLB-103 is manufactured in three standard sizes: 50 L, 73 L and 101 L. Selection is made according to installation area size and daily waste load. All three sizes share the same body profile for visual consistency in multi-unit installations.
TIG Welded Seams
All welded joints are processed with TIG welding and mechanically finished. Edges are ground smooth to eliminate sharp contact points.
