STB-122 Rotating Lid Waste Bin – Technical Specifications and Configuration Options
The STB-122 is manufactured with a 360° rotating top lid that operates without a spring or pressure mechanism. Three volume configurations and three material variants allow the unit to be selected according to project requirements. All welded joints are TIG processed and edges are finished smooth.
360° Rotating Lid Mechanism
The top lid rotates a full 360° for waste deposit from any direction. The mechanism operates without a spring or pressure system, keeping maintenance requirements at a minimum. The lid also limits direct visibility of the bin contents during use.
Three Material Options
The body is manufactured in three finish variants: AISI 304 stainless steel, 430 stainless steel, or electrostatic powder coated. Powder coat colour is specified per project order.
Brushed Surface Finish
The stainless steel variants are finished with a brushed surface texture. The brushed finish provides resistance to scratching under regular commercial use.
Removable Inner Liner
The internal liner is fully removable. Bag replacement and interior cleaning are handled through the top opening.
Three Volume Options
The STB-122 is manufactured in three standard sizes across two heights (72 cm, 75 cm) and three diameters (26 cm, 30 cm, 35 cm), delivering volumes from 39 L to 73 L.
TIG Welded Seams
All welded joints are processed with TIG welding and mechanically finished. Edges are ground smooth to eliminate sharp contact points.
