SLB-117 Lidless Waste Bin – Technical Specifications and Material Options
The SLB-117 is manufactured with an open-top body and chamfered corners. Three material variants and a single standard volume of 92 L are produced. All welded joints are TIG processed and edges are finished smooth.
Three Material Options
The body is manufactured in three finish variants: AISI 304 stainless steel, 430 stainless steel, or electrostatic powder coated. Powder coat colour is specified per project order.
Open-Top Design
The lidless upper opening allows waste to be deposited without operating any mechanism. Bag replacement and interior cleaning are handled directly through the top without a separate access panel.
Chamfered Corner Body
The square body profile features chamfered corners on the vertical edges. The chamfered geometry removes sharp corner contact points on the exterior.
Brushed Stainless Steel Surface
The stainless steel variants are finished with a brushed surface texture. No paint or coating is applied on the stainless steel versions.
TIG Welded Seams
All welded joints are processed with TIG welding and mechanically finished. Edges are ground smooth to eliminate sharp contact points.
