Dual Independent Geared Motor Horizontal Brush System

The sole cleaning system of the AR-740 comprises two horizontal brushes, each controlled independently by its own dedicated geared motor. This independent motor configuration allows brushing force to be optimized separately for each unit. The brushes mechanically remove soil, mud, and organic residues from footwear soles while simultaneously applying disinfectant solution — delivering combined mechanical and chemical decontamination in a single pass. This dual-action cleaning principle effectively addresses both visible surface contamination and microbiological sole contamination within a single entry event.

Touchless Hand Disinfection

The hand disinfection unit integrated into the AR-740 automatically delivers 3–5 ml of disinfectant to both hands simultaneously without requiring physical contact. The touchless operating principle eliminates cross-contamination risk during the disinfection process and ensures consistent, metered dosing across every personnel entry event — a critical requirement during high-throughput shift changeovers.
