Brush Type Hygiene Corridor with Sink – Hand and Foot Disinfection Line

Product Code:
Stok kodu (SKU): AR-800

The Areksan AR-800 is a sink-integrated, horizontal brush hygiene barrier with turnstile access, engineered to enforce hygiene compliance across three mandatory sequential stages at production facility entry points. Mechanical sole cleaning via Nylon 34 horizontal brushes, timer relay-controlled handwashing, and dual-bowl hand disinfection are consolidated into a single continuous line to deliver HACCP-compliant controlled passage. Overall dimensions are 110 × 190 × 170 cm, operating weight is 225 kg, and the enclosure is fabricated from 304-grade stainless steel.

Three-Stage Hygiene Protocol: Sole Cleaning, Handwashing and Hand Disinfection

Stage 1: Horizontal Brush Mechanical and Chemical Sole Cleaning

Two horizontal brushes positioned at the entry section of the line rotate via geared motors. Fabricated from Nylon 34, the brushes mechanically remove soil, mud, and biological residues from footwear soles while simultaneously applying disinfectant solution — delivering combined mechanical and chemical decontamination in a single pass. This dual-action configuration addresses not only visible surface contamination but also microorganism-borne biological threats at their point of introduction.

Stage 2: Timer Relay-Enforced Handwashing

The handwashing station activates the timer relay automatically upon personnel entry. When the system is set to a defined interval — for example, 15 seconds — it becomes technically impossible for personnel to advance to the next stage before that interval has elapsed. If the handwashing cycle is not completed within the set period, the turnstile mechanism remains locked. This architecture removes hygiene compliance from individual discretion and establishes it as a systematic, non-negotiable procedural requirement.

Stage 3: Dual-Bowl Hand Disinfection and Turnstile Passage

Following completion of the handwashing cycle, personnel disinfect their hands in the dual-bowl disinfection basin. Only after all hygiene steps have been completed in full does the turnstile mechanism grant passage. This three-stage sequential structure structurally prevents any stage of the hygiene barrier from being bypassed, maintaining full control over every entry event into the production area.

Turnstile and Access Control System Integration

The AR-800 turnstile hygiene barrier will not permit passage under any circumstance until all defined hygiene steps have been completed. The system operates in full compatibility with token mechanisms, card-based entry systems, and access control units. Control is achieved via 5–48 V dry contact inputs, TTL, and CMOS signal protocols, enabling seamless integration into the facility’s existing security and building management infrastructure without additional interface hardware.

Typical Applications

The AR-800 hygiene corridor is widely deployed in red meat, dairy, fish, and poultry processing facilities, bakery and food packaging plants, and high-throughput centralized catering operations where mandatory hygiene standards are enforced. The three-stage sequential hygiene protocol physically minimizes the risk of personnel-borne contamination reaching the production line, functioning as an enforced sanitation checkpoint at every controlled entry point.
