Stainless Steel Wet Knife Sterilizer – 6, 10 and 20-Slot Models, 304 CrNi

The wet knife sterilizer is manufactured from 304-grade CrNi stainless steel for continuous sterilization of knives and cutting equipment in hot water at 82°C in food production and meat processing facilities. Available in three standard models with capacities of 6, 10, and 20 knives. Double-walled heat-insulated construction provides energy efficiency. Wall or sink-edge mounting bracket included. Operating voltage is 220–230 V, 50–60 Hz.

Wet Knife Sterilizer – Technical Specifications and System Configuration

The wet knife sterilizer is designed to keep knives and cutting equipment continuously and safely sterilized throughout the production shift. Thermostat-controlled heating, an automatic safety cut-off circuit, and double-walled construction provide uninterrupted and safe operation.

82°C Thermostat-Controlled Heating System

The system maintains water in the tank at a constant temperature of 82°C. The 1000W heating element brings water to the target temperature rapidly. The thermostat continuously monitors water temperature and reactivates heating automatically whenever the temperature drops below the set point.

Automatic Safety Cut-Off

When the water level in the tank drops below the critical threshold, the system automatically shuts down. This prevents dry operation and protects both the heating element and the system from damage.

Double-Walled Heat-Insulated Construction

The double-walled body provides thermal insulation, allowing the system to maintain 82°C with reduced energy consumption. The construction also prevents the external surface from overheating during operation.

Water Connections and Mounting

Water inlet and outlet valves are included with the unit. The product can be wall-mounted or fixed to the edge of a sink using the supplied mounting bracket, providing installation flexibility across different facility infrastructure layouts and workstation configurations.
