Body Material
The standard outer body and inner bucket are fabricated from DKP cold-rolled steel. Optional 304 stainless steel construction is available when AISI 304 grade is required for both the outer shell and the inner liner bucket.
Surface Treatment and Color Customization
The DKP version receives an electrostatic powder coating applied to the cleaned and pre-treated outer body. Color is specified per project; any standard RAL code can be matched.
Removable Inner Bucket System
The inner bucket is accessed through the side opening of the outer shell and lifts out for bag changes and interior cleaning. The bucket is sized to fit the Ø20 cm housing diameter and accepts a standard refuse bag.
Construction Specifications
The body is a single welded cylindrical assembly with a closed top panel and a cut side opening. Weld seams are ground smooth and all edges are deburred. The unit sits directly on the ground without flange or anchoring hardware. Production is project-based; retail sales are not offered.
