Air Distribution and Patented Valve System
Boot hanger pipes are fabricated from stainless steel tube with a 42 mm diameter and 1.5 mm wall thickness. Each pipe is fitted with a patented air control valve at its outlet end. This valve system directs heated air precisely into the interior of each boot, maximizing drying efficiency and minimizing heat loss.
Heating System and Centrifugal Fan
Two heating elements of 1000 W each provide the heat source. A centrifugal fan with a capacity of 1250 m³/h delivers the heated air directly into the boot interiors. The entire system is thermostat-controlled, maintaining a constant operating temperature and eliminating the risk of overheating.
Enclosure Construction and Lower Panel
The enclosure is fabricated from 1.4 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel sheet. The lower panel houses the reducer, heating elements, and distribution components in an organized layout that facilitates maintenance and service access.
